A large commercial roofing contractor based out of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with 14 locations across the south.

Challenges

  • The company had two previous relationships handling their account that went terribly wrong. They were plagued by lack of responsiveness, and wasted time and effort. The systems that were put in place did not fit their internal systems and created more effort than value.

  • On the account level, the plan was set up in a one size fits all plan. There was no regard to need, if you got a phone, tablet or MIFI you were set up on this plan, regardless of usage.

  • The company rep was always “in the process” of reviewing or making changes with little if nothing ever done.

How We Helped

  • We moved all of the lines onto the correct plan types after reviewing user trends for six (6) months. We determined 52% should be part of the shared group, while still changed the other 48% into better priced plans.

  • The “just in case lines” were moved onto the above plan and then suspended. We can activate them within minutes of the request.
