The new IT Director moved from a previous client and asked for our help.
Multiple accounts with multiple carriers, as many as 4 separate accounts with the same carrier.
Various plans on each account, with none of them working together.
They had paid a company to manage the account and was still under that contract, billing them for “services provided”. There was no relationship with this provider.

We combined all the accounts into a single account with each carrier.
Revamped the entire rate plan structure, moving lines to the most cost efficient plans.
Removed lines with multiple months of no usage.
Took over all account management responsibilities.
Implemented weekly and monthly reviews to keep costs as low as possible.
