Overview
A vertically integrated millwork company based in the Pacific Northwest with 19 locations throughout the United States.
Challenges
Rapid growth and increased usage created overages.
Remote locations that had Cradelpoint devices deployed as the sole source of internet that were put on plans by the carrier representative that caused for overages every month.
Lack of transparency by the carrier representative that there were better options that could decrease costs without having to upgrade or add devices to the account.
How We Helped
We combined the main account and Cradlepoint account and put them on the correct plans. Combining the accounts allowed us to add the needed data for the remote locations at the lowest cost per user, and prevent future overages.
We adjusted the plans configuration within the current plan to the most cost efficient structure. Allocating the shared data to the correct device types to take advantage of the difference in the cost per gigabyte.
Due to 5.8% of the total users accounting for 45-55% of the total account usage we moved them onto unlimited plans.
